Woohoo! It's FINALLY friday and I'm at home and able to tell you guys a bit what has been going on in my life.
I'm finally back to biz, and I've been able to train since last week's Monday! I'm really happy about it.
I've trained with Jari at the other gym, 5 days a week and then on "off" days i've done cardio. But I do cardio every day after my weight training workout. Hopefully i'll soon be able to get rid off the lil extra i've gained since my comp last october.
I've had really good workouts with him, and have learned a lot more about working out and dif exercises.
Yesterday I trained with Mika Nyyssölä (one of Finland's best bbers) and we hit quads and calves. First we did smith squats. Not much weight used, but the 15 reps really hits you and kills your legs ;-) .

32kg/70.4lbs x 15
42kg/92.4lbs x 15
52kg/114.4lbs x 15
62kg/136.4lbs x 15
72kg/158.4lbs x 15
82kg/180.4lbs x 15
92kg/202.4lbs x 15
The last set felt like i'm gonna die, and Mika was shouting at me really loud, so everyone at the gym turned around to watch us, lol. And I REALLY looked like i'm gonna start crying , hahaha. Never really happened to me before .
After the set I just fell on the floor,,, completely tired, but happy that it was over and I gave my all.

After that we did leg extensions, horizontal leg press with legs close to each other ( really feeling the burn on quads), walking lunges with dumbells. The first step we took, we both collapsed on the floor! lol i'm pretty sure it looked kinda funny.
Then we did calf raises (3 x 15 reps for 2 sets. Like 1st 15 reps legs pointing straight, then straight away 15 reps with toes pointing outwards and then 15 reps toes pointing inside). The burn you get in your calves feels like hell! After you get off from the machine you feel like doing something bad, haha
I was so exhausted but i still did 30 min cardio on bike. Normally I do my cardio on a crosstrainer or treadmill, but now I couldn't even walk well so I had to do it differently this time.

Today I also trained with Mika, at my "home gym". We did hams and bit of calves and tri's.
Good workout, 30 min cardio on a crosstrainer and ended up talking for a loong time after the whole workout was over. Had fun with him! We took some pics for you guys to see. (Thanks Mika, you rock!)
Ok it's 12:33 am and I gotta wake up pretty early tomorrow.
G'night everyone! Take care!
<3,
Eva

Hi Eva. I'm glad for your health recovery and your training back.
You are a great athlete and I trust in your potential as a great bodybuilder.
Keep training hard with Mika and the other gym guys.
An affectionate hug of my part.
