Still going on with the heavier week! Which I love.. this training method style, i'm using now, is totally new to me. Like few weeks speed strenght, then one week more basic and heavy with lower reps, then 1 week like "nerving" (or whatever is the right word for that) reps from 20-30... etc etc. So this is my 3rd week of the method, and as I sad before; going on with the heavy week. Yesterday I went to train pretty late, compared to usual. cos I was away all day long. So i was pretty tired already... I did Back (rows) and hamstrings:
Barbell row:

110kg x 4 (Haha, my legs were still trembling cos of the Sat's quad workout... and I was already soo exhausted by previous exercises,lol)

Then did some abs on this one new machine. Obliques and basic crunches. 3 sets each side.
That workout is usually really exhausting as well. I do many press type of exercises in my chest workout, and then when you have to start doing shoulders, i'm already pretty tired, so I can't use heavy weights.. Later on i'm gonna change it , that I'm gonna do shoulders first, and then chest.
Only one more workout of the heavy week,, then i'm on to the 20-30 reps week.. sounds scary, especially when I'm thinking about a leg workout. Hahaha. Deep hack squats with 30 reps.... We'll see what will happen.. ;-)

On mulla joskus ollut isommatkin painot käytössä, mutta dietin jälken voimatasot laski aika hyvin.. mutta kyllä ne tässä pikkuhiljaa alkaa nousemaan takaisin!

Hi Eva, yes, the drawings are great! Volkan has really captured your off season and competition looks in those two.
Those were good results for the dumbbell chest press considering its a new exercisers! Strong Eva!

Another read with envy post Eva-hehe nice drawings too the second one has great detail Volkan deserves a kudos-the model(aka you)deserves a kudos too.
Impressive lifts considering you were tired-pity those poor weights when your not tired and no niggling injuries !!!!

Hi Eva. I'm glad to know that you got a lot of hard training. What a hard work you got Eva. That's a proof of your challenge capacity.
