Heya

On Friday me and Heidi decided to meet up again, cos we don't see each other often outside the gym, so we first planned that we'd go to the movies and then to eat. But then we decided to skip the movie cos of the bad times they aired it (Kung fu Panda! haha) so then we just went to eat to this nice restaurant. Both of us got steak + chicken, some potatoes, jalopenoes etc. it was gooood.

After eating we visited this one nice club to see if there's something nice going on or any live band performing. We just sat on the couches and talked a lot. It was funny to notice when we visited the restrooms, that there was a some kind of sports advertise thing on each toilet's wall, and there was a pic of Isabelle Turell in it!! We both were pretty amazed to see her pic there!!
Got home pretty early, couldn't stay up late cos I was supposed to go train legs the next day ;-).

Oh well,I'm off to the gym now, to train mah lil guns and make 'em grow ;-)

Take care you guys!

Lots of love,
E

Hi Eva, now we see why you call those huge guns of yours 'little' - compared to those legs!! Wow. Thanks for those workout logs. You are getting strong! 14kg lat raises and 70kg upright rows were amongst the things that stood out to me this time. Keep going as stronger = bigger :).

Glad you had a nice fun time out with Heidi. It is nice to meet up with friends in a social situation too.

Have you had any progress finding a new job yet?

Kevin

Hey Eva,

Nice to see you chilling out and having some fun with Heidi. The food is starting to make me feel hungry too, as it sounds delicious, mmmmmmm.

Yeah Isabelle is a great fbb for sure, however, i know and very much believe that you can emulate her success. You have got what it takes to make a true champion, passion, drive, commitment and not to forget beauty all rolled up into one great person, just remember that! Time is very much on your side and 'oh boy' those quads look SUPER awesome! Just kinda worried though that soon if they get any bigger it maybe be hard to find a pair of pants that will fit, lol! Spandex i think may well have to come to your rescue, as those chicken legs are becoming like steel pillars haha!!

Thanks again for taking the time to provide us with such a detailed workout program, and i am sure that this will help me with my own workouts. Have a great week and have fun making them guns grow!

Can't wait to come to Lahti this year!

Best wishes,
Rhys

When you next compete do you plan to enter in a higher weight category??? cos you seem to be putting on a lot of size. What's your weight at the moment.
