Time for an update


Oh, it's already been like 1,5 weeks since i last time updated! Time flies...time flies....And the autumn's coming, people's starting schools and everything.... I don't want the summer to end ...
My workouts have been really good. I've been training pretty much alone nowadays (except the leg workouts), and I've been happy to notice that i've been able to use a bit heavier weight now than before! woohoo! well not in all exercises, but some. But it's something, right ?


Last wed I trained chest-shoulders and triceps (2nd pump workout)

Incline smith bench press:
60kg/132lbs x 10

65kg/143lbs x 7

60kg/132lbs x 8


Decline smith bench press:
60kg/132lbs x 9

70kg/154lbs x 8
(i was pretty happy about this one)

Dumbell pullover:

Cable crossovers (I usually just really focus when doing this exercise, not trying to struggle with heavy weight with this one) :

Smith shoulder press:

Lateral raises:

(changed grips every 2nd set, wider and close grip)

back,calves and rear delts on thursday and legs on saturday with Emma.

Close grip bench press:

65kg/143lbs x 8 (Finally improving here a bit!)


Dips:

So nothing really special going on right now. Been just training, helped my parents to put on wallpapers to one room of their aparment, and then met some friends. On tuesday I hung out with Heidi for awhile after our workout and we went to eat some delicious ice cream to a cafe nearby, and had fun talking and all.

WOW....SPORTY + ARTISTIC + MUSICAL....EVA you combine all the 3 main talents in one amazing package with the looks of a SUPERMODEL, who knows a thing or two about computers :) Don't tell me your good at cooking and make a perfect housewife as well...LOL

I know you have been asked this a zillion times....but any chance of you letting us into the secret of the size of your biceps, thighs and calves?????

Hey Eva,

It seems you got it all, brains, talent, beauty and BICEPS! WOW! Those are real great guns you got there, no kidding!!! I agree with Dave that you have really added loadsa muscle in this offseason, i can't wait to see seeing you compete next year should you decide to compete.

I hope that icecream tasted good, so do they make protein icecream there in Finland?lol! Btw, i gotta dig those camo pants they look real cool action girl!lol! So what type of music are you into playing guitar? Have you played for long in the band?
