Hey everyone,I am really sorry I haven't been updating my blog for a while.
I've been trying to find other things in life to do, than just bodybuilding. The accident, what happened to me a bit over a month ago, changed a lot of things... Well at least for now. My back is still not fully recovered, and I haven't been able to train legs or lower back (like rows and such) yet.
I've been just doing cardio almost everyday, eating a lot less and more freely than usually. I've met my friends a lot more than normally, and i've been eating in many different restaurants, had some drinks etc etc. And oh yea, cut my hair once again, haha.
I'm trying to enjoy the life, and forget about all the bad stuff that has happened etc. Of course i've had so much fun meeting my friends,. I've also met some friends from years back , and some new people as well. It's been great! People around you can really richen your life a lot :)
I'm truly happy for all my close friends, who've been giving me a lot of support in everything.
Also i want to thank you guys, for still sending me e-mails and asking me how i've been. That was really thougthful of you <3
I trained with my dear friend Jarkko this week. We both did arms, and I had a lot of fun with him. He's one the most awesome person i know. So kind and generous and a lot of fun to hang out with!

I think Cindy Phillips is recovering from an injury as well that sidelined her for a while. It kept her from making her pro debut so I'm sure she knows how you're feeling. Just keep your chin up like her. :)

Sorry to also read youre still not fully recovered but being a "normal" person for a while and catching up with friends both present and past surely isint a bad thing although eating at restraunts Iam a tad jealous-must admit I love eating lobster-Yum Yum!
Thanks again for the much overdue update Eva but next time youre gonna be almost 3 weeks before update tell someone ok-its saves a load of worrying please.

Nice to hear that you are enjoying catching up with friends and enjoying some other aspects of life. And at least you can get back to the gym a little. I need to ask though, who outlifted the other - you or Jarkko?! Glad you had a good time. Looking forward to hearing about your new job.

Looks like Eva's blog is following the same pattern as Britt's & Cindy's!!!
Both of which were updated frequently with many knew pics etc...sometimes even up to twice a week...during their first year. But now we're lucky if they update once a month and we can't even leave comments anymore (Britt hasn't since October 7).
I guess after a while the novelty of having a blog wears off and people are busy with other things in their lives. Eva's probably preoccupied with work and recovering from her injury.
Maybe eva has got a boyfriend, that could explain her long absences from her blog :( That seems to have happened to Britt!!!!!
A girl with your amazingly good looks Eva most get asked out on dates all the time....
Maybe if I'm in the right place at the right time I might get lucky enough :) LOL
Lets just hope Eva doesn't close this blog like Ms. Machine did :'(
