busy bee.

Mmmm.....
stress, stress, stress.... ugh. I hope it'll finally relieve soon. Had some stuff to do here and hopefully it'll went well so i'll be able to have a future and a career, haha.
I'll let you guys know more about it later, if it all goes well.

I had my b-day 1st of May, and had a great b-day weekend :) got some really lovely presents, and then a cruise to stockholm, sweden! Had soo much fun there :)

I haven't been able to train myself much, cos i've been training someone else at this point. It's been nice and fun, but of course I do miss my own private workouts as well. Just have too little time between training someone and having daytime job. I need to start taking time for myself as well, to be able to do what i also love doing in my life ; training :)

I'd love to get a lot leaner now, but definitely wouldn't want to loose any muscle mass anymore. I've lost some, but it's cool, you always loose some when you're trying to drop your weight. But thankfully there's the thing called Muscle Memory :)

I'd need some new motivation for my workouts. New exercises, new training methods. If you guys got some cool ideas you'd like to share with me, then please, do ! :) I'd be happy to hear them!


I'm sooo happy that my 3 week summer vacation starts in excatly 2 weeks! Then we're off to Thailand again, for 2 weeks, woohooo !!! Wanted to go to the US, but it was way too expensive for now...... :coughcoughsponsorshipanyone?coughcough: ... LOL!!

Tell me if you want to see pics from the trip then :)

Been out partying a bit now as well, but not much though :) Can't really drink, cos i'm usually driving to the clubs, Lol! dang... I wish someone else would be the driver at times ;)

But it's cool that i've been able to have even a bit fun during all this workload of stress i have.

i'm hoping to be able to get my motivation back up ASAP Cos I wanna train and improve and have the great feeling after a good workout :)
And now the summer's starting to come, so i'd want to look good in bikinis! LOL! ok i think it's too late for that... maybe next summer? mm?

OK, i'm off to do some work now!

Hi again. I hope your stress will be over soon. And that mysterious “someone else” really appreciate what you do for him/her. Hmmm..leaner now?? I think these pictures are awesome!
Thailand again!! Don’t party too much there…..and I love too see your vacation pictures where you wear tiny...tiny bikinis not covering your muscles!
I really hope that you find motivation back and as I say earlier…love to see you In bikinis (pictures)!!!

Hey, thanks for the new post! I hope you get some more time to yourself to get into training again. You may have lost a little size but that last pic with the other girl reminds us all that there is plenty there to start with! Looking huge, Eva! I've always found something totally crazy different usually works for muscle growth. Anything that gets you lifting more heavy all the time. Have you been on the Sweeden cruise yet? Would love to see pics of that and Thailand!

Welcome back to Cyberland Eva and I really like your hair(Yes I know I mentioned that last entry but Iam just stating that fact again)

Stress Stress Stress thats bad Eva real bad to hear ummm read that coz stress is bad-just trying hit the weights harder in the gym failing that theres always a golf course where you can wack a little ball to the moon and back and knowing your strenght that is indeed a possibility eh-lol

Gald you had a great birthday I did send you an email to mark the ozccassion but I suppose you too busy(or stressed out)to reply.

I also read youre now into the personal training caper-well go ezy on the poor(I assume)not all of us is strong as you.

As far as new training methods go I did mention one to Emma(and I would give my last 2 cents to find out whats happened to her) a while back and that is great a pair of dumbells and walk up a flight of stairs and repeat and if you feel up to in pryamid the weights.

Great to hear that u also sometimes do some personal training...maybe I have to move to Helsinki ;-) Britt Miller also trained a girl for a figure show.

Speaking of which it's a pity you're not going to the USA...might have been an opportunity to do a photo shoot with the likes of herbiceps or genex. Would luv to see the two hottest girls in the world do one together...Eva & Britt yeah...keeping my fingers crossed, hopefully soon Eva :P

Good luck with your career plans & making those muscles grow even bigger :o)

Keep up the good work. Never lose that mass and let your friends drive you to the club every now and again ;) You don't need motivation, you are motivation. Stay classy.
