lil mag interview.

Yo !

Just here to do a quick update !
I've been well, even if I caught the "nice" flu, which has been teasing like everyone here at the moment. Oh well, nothing really serious though. Just throat hurts, and head also and feeling dizzy and nauseous, lol.

So yeah, haven't been training in couple of days, but it's alright. I'll go back to the gym as soon as possible!

I probably didn't tell you guys, but I finally started dance lessons, Hip Hop :) !
I've ALWAYS wanted to learn how to dance, but never started to do so, dunno why.. But now I did, and it's been a lotta fun! And it gives nice balance for bodybuilding !

Other thing I wanted to tell you, that they published this one mag's new issue yesterday, which i'm also in.
They wanted to do an interview and take photos of 3 different kind of women, with different kinds of body types and all.
They had one with body full of tattoo's, one actor and me, a bodybuilder.
The interview's about my view of the body type that fascinates me and how it show's up like as in my personality etc.
It's in swedish so I really don't understand much though ! LOL !!!

And so the time flies by....

Hello guys,

It's been awhile again, since I last posted here !

Lotsa things have happened in my life, good stuff (finally :D), so i've been pretty busy nowadays :)
It's been pretty cool, cos I've had stuff to do to keep me occupied, and not worry about the stuff like, that I haven't been able to train that heavy anymore ( lower body), but it's all cool.

I've trained as much i've could and had time. Mostly upperbody though. I've been trying to ease back to leg training with leg extensions and curls. We'll see how it goes in the future :)

Some people have been asking am I gonna compete this year, the answer is probably no, cos I lost precious off-season time, and I'd probably have to start dieting like in 1-2 months , I think.



Now I've been trying to train to keep myself in shape, and I hope I haven't lost too much muscle, but thank God there's the thing called 'muscle memory', so I'll gain the muscle back i've lost, when i'm able to train often like before.


But to be honest, I've really enjoyed the time to be able to take it more easy now.
I trained many years like I had nothing else in my life. Only stuff I thought about was diets, training and recovery. Of course, through all that hard work and dedication, I gained the muscle mass I have, but still. I really needed the social life as well. That's what i realized when i hurt my back. What if I lost the most precious thing in my life (training), and couldn't do that anymore? What was left? Nothing.



So yeah, I appreciate that I'm still walking, and can train, and have other stuff in my life now as well :) So it's all in balance now !
