back in Finland.




Heyaa!
Warm welcome from abroad!


Had lotsa fun, vacation ended too soon though , oh well. I wish I could go back :) So warm and nice weather ,
- I wish it'd be like that in Finland, but nooo. It's been pretty cold now and raining :( This summer seems to suck like the previous ones. We had like only few hot days and now it's back to about 12-15+ C .. ugh !






Anyhooo,, Lagging a bit with my training and having lil motivation problems, but i'm getting it back slowly :) Someone suggested doggcrap training for me... I've read about it sometime, but i need to get into it more, thanks for the idea though :) !





It's been really cool to ease down a bit, cos i've been sooo soo sooo strict with my training and diet for years. Now i've been eating more freely, but that does not mean that i'd be eating like junk food everyday. no no no,,, absolutely not.
It means that im not strictly watching the clock that i'd be eating for every 3 hours.


Of course i've been trying to diet down a bit, still with not very good results though :D I mean that not really changes on the scale, but hopefully on the mirror even a bit :) Even if i lost some muscle during this progress, i don't stress about it now. It'll come back :)




Started doing morning cardio after i wake up. like for 45-50min on a treadmill. Running and walking incline on a treadmill. Feeling great afterwards ,so proably should continue doing it whenever i have time :) Now i've been trying to do it every second morning .


I'd really want to be able to try some new supplements. Could you guys suggest me some stuff, like NO products or something like that, to give a good pump and energy ? I've tried some stuff before, like NO-xplode etc, but i'd like to try something different.

Too bad we don't have as big supplies of supplements as like in the US, so the product line is "kinda" limited for us here.
